What we do and do not collect
The short version: the calculators run entirely in your browser, nothing you type is sent anywhere, and there is no account and no email. The detail is below.
The math runs on your device
Everything you enter into a calculator, the appliances you check, the square footage, the household details, stays in your browser. There is no server doing the math, so there is nothing to send and nothing to store on our end. When you close the tab, it is gone. That is a fact about how the site is built, not only a policy.
Only your theme choice
The one thing we keep on your device is your light or dark theme preference, saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device and it is not tied to any identity. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
None at launch
At launch there is no analytics running on this site. If we add it later, it will measure pageviews only, served through a first-party proxy, with no session recording and no automatic capture of what you click or type. We will update this page before turning anything on.
If ads are added
The site does not show ads yet. If we add advertising later, ad networks may set their own cookies, which is standard for ad-supported sites. We will update this policy with the specifics before any ads run, and it will never change the rule that your calculator inputs stay in your browser.
